Dear Visa Councilor,
We have come to know that South African Embassy is closed and all applications submitted one to two months back are still pending with the embassy.
We would request Embassy to please expedite the process.

Dear Sir / Madam
My wife Mrs Humaira Adnan (Born 1990-07-19) applied for a Spouse permit to join me in South Africa, my work permit ref. no. is PTA 11186/2012/TRP. By misprint Embassy issued her a WORK PERMIT.
Due to this misprint, we experienced a very tough time when we were exiting from Karachi International airport on 18 Jan ,2014 because the Pakistan immigration asked her for work permit details and we had no documents to produce.
I would like to request you to please assist her with a letter to rectify the misprint.I would like to send her VISA but unfortunately E-Mail is keep on bouncing.
Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello,
I am a Pakistani living in Brunei Darrussalam for the past 4 years and now I have to visit Cape Town, South Africa for a squash tournament in May.
I am trying to get through you phone numbers but seems like its not validated and email keep on bouncing. Please advice that how can I apply for the visa and from where. I even Contacted South african embassy in Kuala Lampur and they direct me to contact you because Visa can only be issued from the origin country.
In desperate need of advice.
Mohsin

To Whom it may Concern at South African Embassy in Islamabad:
It is very very unfortunate and rather disappointing that people have applied for the Visit Visa since last six to eight weeks but Embassy have kept all applications pending without any reason. This is some thing unprofessional attitude on the part of the embassy by giving no response on applications. Not processing applications is raising the questions on efficiency and social accountability of the work of embassy. Please do process the application urgently for all those pending cases and even if you donot give visa, thats fine enough than not returning passports and frustrating people whose schedule is disturbed because of no response.
I hope there is some complaint handling mechanism and some may read and atleast see the concerns of people.
Thanks and Regards,
A frustrated Visa Applicant
