You can apply for visa but not for visit, south african embassy is not taking application for visit, only if you are going bussiness or conference etc.

Get a life!!!!
To all those who are wasting time commenting here ,

Firstly , THIS IS NOT SA HIGHCOMM. Website, it is world embassy page to provide info about location and addresses of different embassies throughout the world. So please dont rant here or ask for advice its useless.

Secondly , high commission is NOT closed. Yes! It is open , but they are currently not accepting new visa applications. A new i migration policy is expectednext month i.e. April. Perhaps visa application acceptance would start then.

Thirdly , dont fall prey to any agent or dealer swearing on any one that he'll get u a visa . If the embassy is not accepting application then Kisi ka baap bhi visa nahi lagwa sakta.

IMMUTURE BEHAVIOUR
SALAM

THIS IS SO NON PROFFESIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF SOTHAFRICAN EMBASSY THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING PHONES AND EMAIL ARE NOT RESPONDING THIS IS WHAT THEY CALLED EMBASSEDORS
ATLEAST THEY MUST TELL PEOPLE WHY THEY ARE CLOSE WHAT IS THE REASON OR ATLEAST THEY MUST TELL TCS PEOPLE REASON TO FEFUSE THE PEOPLE TO SUBMIT THE FILES
I HOPE 1ST OF APRIL EMBASSY MUST START TO TAKE NEW APPLICATION AND GIVE US THE FAIR CHANGE TO APPLY
