it was my bad luck that lawyer neither guide to my husband about chatted income n expenses report nor minimum bank acc,at that my husband had only 7000 rend in bank and 7500 monthly salary. that's why embassy objected that neither my husband salary nor his bank acc satisfied them to approved me visa, now his bank acc raised above 40000 and salary too. now he had to make income n expenses report he is fearing that if he will do hurry there may bee any problem again. tell me about expenses report how much think should bee included in ewpenses report.

You must submitt 6 month bank statement with income and exp report from south africa to prove that your spouse can afford you while in south africa.

No you will have to submitt last six months mean nov 2013 to may 2014 bank statement and about exp and income report mean that if he is employed his employer must issue letter on letter head that he is employed and he is getting dat much salary then he must submitt his monthly exp report like rental advise light account and all the expenses.if doing business his accountact must issue letter about his expenses along with his bank statement.

Were they really accepting applications? I have called every single day to the tcs office to the extent that the officer knew me by voice! I have also been calling the embassy regularly , anyway ali bhai have you heard about this min. Bank account balance? Is it about the local account or. Cumulative with international account as well? Plz enlighten with any info available!

Is there a condition for minimum balance? I wonder !!! I guess they want to ensure that the main applicant is employed , with a monthly salarycoming in the account.

I have also applied for the same category as yours. I recieved the approval , later i was asked to submit proof of residency , bank statments n employment. Letter again . Hoping to hear some positive reply soon!

Hi Ali bhai i have problem if u can solve, i submitted spouse visa on 1st april,on 15 april i got answer from embassy my visa refused bcs i did not attached my husband's(living in s.a) income and expenses report. emassy recommended me submission of income n expenses report and his acc should have 5000 rend each person. now it is necessary that my husband have to make report from april to sep? while now his bank acc is above 40,000 rend. plz guide me

i dnt know how are they processing....as they have got some investigation team by pretoria and they are not allow to answer any visa applictaion as per my information bt when i call they said ur visit visa may take two to three months....God knows whats going on there...how come u know brother that mid of june i will get reply by them

i phoned them today they told me that they are processing applications.
