You have to apply for CSV if you meet the requirements. General Work Permit (GWP) also has it's own requirements which are a bit stringent compared to CSV. With CSV, if you meet the requirements, it's easier.
From my understanding, GWP you will need a letter from Department of Labour, an advert that was posted in papers for the job, proof that the company failed to find someone in SA for that job etc.......all these are difficult things to get.
Anyone to update which month is collecting
Hi all. If I have a job offer should I apply for the general work permit or CSV. What's faster and more effective?
