Well I sent documents to renew my passport and have been require how far is my passport, two days ago I got an email stating that my left thumb is not clear enough and I need to redo my passport application and fingers print again, why could they told me that before hand, South Africa home also required a divorce certificate which paid for with my application for a renewal passport, I got told in an email that I must send registration mail to get my partner passport posted to me. I just can't believe that they take their time and always coming up with a different story every time.

I want to apply a tourist/temporary visa in South Africa but I just wondering if as a Colombian citizen with student visa in Australia could I have a visa appointment and apply for it at SAHC office in Canberra or I need apply from my country?
If I can get an appointment in Canberra, where or how can I get it?
If I have to apply from Colombia, how can I do it?

does anybody know processing time for emergency travel certificates

I have applied for the passport early in March - Wellington.I called today to check if the passport has arrived and I was told the passport is still in Pretoria and I have to live New Zealand on the 11th December for my son wedding and I have booked the ticket and paid off.Please, what is the delay. Please, I will be happy if somebody can reply my question.

Frustrated can't contact embassy by phone in australia. Waiting for more than 5 years for new South African passport and birth certificate to arrrive. S.a. Is gone down hill since I last went back 1993. CAn some one call me urgently on 0416349854 to discuss this urgent issue. My birth certificate and passport stolen from house 5 years ago. Paid for renewal still have not received these documents. Please explain.
