WHOM CAN I CONTACT IN ASTANA,KAZAKSTAN REGARDING MONEY DUE TO ME IRO MY FLIGHT BACK TO SOUTH AFRICA AS WELL AS MY LAST MONTH'S PAY. I DON'T GET ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THE SCHOOL.

I am attending a conference in Almaty and as a South African citizen I require a visa. Since there is no embassy in South Africa - How do I apply for a visa and how long does it take to process? A travel agent proposed that I fly to the UAE to get a visa but since I am travelling to Almaty via Frankfurt this option is not viable.
