This is really disheartening. I applied for a Visa to Cape Town since 5th of December 2018. Am supposed to travel on Monday. Up till now no information yet from the Embassy. This system is absolutely WRONG!
i submitted my application since jan 2nd 2019 and today is feb 5th 2018.i have not heard anything about my application. This is sad. if they cant issue visa, why are they collecting more application from people. This has to be a scam
Till now I am yet to get a feedback from the south african embassy and my International passport is still in their custody which is causing a serious challenge for me to write an International exam at the British Council scheduled for January 14,2019.
i have no idea what to do.
I applied for a withdrawal but was told that it will take more than 48 hours as they claimed initially.
i cannot understand.
Intending to travel to cape town for the holiday, submitted the application since the 4th of this month and holiday is almost here, still not passport or visa, I think it's wrong to hold unto someone's passport for that long esp during a holiday ehen people would be doing a lot of traveling, if u can't give a visa, don't ppls time and money, capetown is not the only tourist place there is.
It's more than a month now I applied for sa visa and yet to get a call from the embassy what could be the problem
I submitted my passport and Grace passport on the 21st of September 2018, at the VFS I was called to bring vaccination card which I did but uptill now I have not gotten any response after several check at the VFS center, what should I do
Over 4 weeks now i summited my application is under processing how we he takes you and your high commission to that?
Good day,
My name is Nimmyel Enoch Micheal, I work with Medecins Sans Frontieres - Spain as a Medical Doctor. I apply for a Visa through VFS in Abuja, I contacted them and they said the process is still ongoing in your Embassy.

Please I plead for a speedy action on my Visa to be out this week from your embassy to enable me attend this training. I am based in Yobe state of Nigeria and I need ample time to fly to Abuja for onward onbounding to S.A
