I would like to inform you that I am a resident Indian staying at Kolkata, W.B., studying Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, have been selected for Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Programme through EMINTE Scholarship at University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, For this purpose, I have to proceed to Slovenia on 21st Sept., 2014 to pursue my study at University of Ljubljana, and to stay there for more than 4 months to accomplish the programme.

It is pertinent to mention here that selection letter from co-ordinating university, acceptance letter from host university, medical insurance letter from Insurance Company of Sweden and confirmed return air tickets are already in my possession and to be submitted as and when required.

In view of above, you are requested to kindly guide me how to proceed further to obtain Slovenian Visa and what are the formalities to be filled up and documents required for this purpose.

Your expeditious reply in this matter is earnestly solicited so as to enable me to complete all the required formalities well in advance.

we get i d card first or work permit
I got ID card from one of your agent through email.My question is getting ID card so easy and before work permit.
