Getting a legal capacity
Good day! My fiancee is a Singaporean citizen. We are planning to get married here in Philippines but they require my fiancee a legal capacity. Can i just ask where he can get the legal capacity. Is it available in Singapore or he has to get it in Singapore Embassy in Manila? Hoping for your quick response. Thank you.
