LEGAL CAPACITY FOR Singaporean is one of the important requirements here in Philippines.. for those whose planning to get this document u need to request in ministry of marriage your official search certified tru copy... the singapore embassy in Philippines need this before they will issue u a LEGAL CAPACITY.. once u have the legal capacity ur ready to file for marriage licence here in Philippines...Im married to singaporean..

I am a Singaporean citizen. We are planning to get married here in Philippines but they require me a legal capacity. Can i just ask where he can get the legal capacity. Is it available in Singapore or has to get it in Singapore Embassy in Manila? Hoping for your quick response. Thank you.
