Hi,
We are representative office of Medical University in Russia, we get an enrollment from Singaporean, and she have a certificates from local university in Singapore. But the problem is our university request for endorsement from Ministry of Higher Education, and they refused to endorsed due to the certificates is not from local university in Malaysia.
So the question is, can Singapore Embassy do the endorsement for that certificates?
I'm sporean,marry a msian n have 2 sons born here.Both are stateless, w/o personal id's n status of c/ship for 17 yrs.Yr Honour...I'm helpless, with chronic medical history, want my sons to have travel docmnts, all personal Identity. Pls help.
