BE VIGILANT ON THE INTERNET I recieved a sad storry from a young lady(she claims to be) in senegal saying she is in a refees camp in dakar, the capital of senegal. She told me her name was Nora Rufus, 24yrs and a daughter to late Dr. Ephraim Rufus from liberia. She said she lost both her parents in a civil war fought in liberia some few years back. Her father was a politician the manager of a gold and mines company in liberia. And he deposited a substancial amount of 6.5m US dollars with the F.I.B.I BANK IN UK. She told me she wanted to transfer this money into my bank account since she's the only person alive in her family. She gave me the bank email address and other contacts but numbers given never went through. The bank sent me an email demanding for these:
1. A power of attorney and affidavit of oath permiting me to transfer the said fund into my account.
2. Death certificate of her late father.
3. Statement of account issued to her late father by the bank.
The girl told me she has both the death certificate and the statement of account with her at the camp and only problem was the power of attorney and affidavit of oath to be signed by a senegalised resident lawyer.
She sent me some contacts of a lawyer and the lawyer demanded 512 US dollars in order to prepare those documents needed by the bank.
I thought everything was true, so on the eve of the night i was suposed to send her the money, something told to come to this same site(google) and typed her late father's name, after i did that, i saw numerous scam messages and actually that sad story she sent to me. That i was really saved from being decieved. Thank God for that. So becareful of such mails.. Further information, contact +233204040873.
