I need to attest one paper from Saudi Embassy Houston due to SAbb bank requirement because there is no branch of HBSC bank in Houston.The consulate office has refused to attest this paper they told me send this paper first Saudi Embassy Washington then bring this paper to them. It is shocked and surprised for me.why they can not attest this paper?
