Information regarding Travel Agents in Rabat who deal with Haj applicants
Greeting to all,My name is Said Elhalfi moroccon born and now i reside in Australia. I rang the Saudi Arabia Embassy in Canberra discussing how do i would like to sponsor my 63 year old mother to go to Haj and i was advised that there are specific travel agents that the Saudi Arabia Embassy in Rabat deal with. Can either you or anyone else who has relevent information to help me send my mother to Haj It will be much appreciated

salam , i came to the embassy on the 2nd of november, and i was told that i can not get a visa of the umrah if i do not apply through one of the travel agencies.

ارجو من سعادتكم توجيه العاملين لديكم بالقنصلية للتسريع بمساطر اجراءات طبع التأشيرات (خصوصا المرافقين لازواجهم) خلال هذه الايام حيث قرب العيد اعاده الله على سعادتكم وعلى الامة الاسلامية بالخير والبركات وانتم على وشك التمتع باجازة العيد عند فاتح ذو الحجة حيث ان زوجتي قد راجعت القنصلية من شهر ونصف والعاملين يتماطلون في الاجراءات لااعتقد ان هذا الوضع يشرف بلدنا الثاني حيث نقيم حيث نلاحظ سرعة في انجاز المساطر الادارية في جميع الدوائر الحكومية بل اكثر من ذلك اصبح معظمها الكتروني ، لذا التمس من سعادتكم التوجيه باتمام كل الزوجات اللات لها ملفات لدى القنصلية قبل عطلة عيد الاضحى حتى يستطعن قضاء العيد مع ازواجهم شاكرين ومقدرين لسعادتكم حسن اهتمامكم وتوجيهاتكم والله يحفظكم

feedback on my last umrah.
salam alikom,
my name is Mohamed Elaamri, and i am moroccan,i did the umrah of ramadan 2012.and i hope my feedback will be helpful to the moroccan travelers.
first of all i had a wonderful time during my stay in KSA.
on the 25th of july i had my flight with turkish airlines,my first surprise was the way things started,i did not get any papers from the local agent,i asked for the names of our hotels, and i had on a piece of paper ensemble andaloux in the Medina and dar acharia in Mekka.surprised again because we did not stay in those hotels, i stayed in dar elgharra and Dar rached.
after 5 excellent days in the medina, we had appointements with him to go to the medina, but he did not turn up.he did not leave a notice for us at the reception as agents do in tourism industry.
after Asr prayer i told my friend to go to the masjid.coming back after elmaghreb we found our bags at the reception, and we had a letter saying that we have to join the others in mekka, i really was dissapointed, because i worked in tourism industery for 14 years, i realized that every thing is wrong,no pre-booking of the transfers, he just get cars at the last minute.me and my room mate we carried our bags to the bus station,paid 30 ryals,stopped at the miquat, dropped by the driver at mekka, we paid our taxi 15 ryal,Ryan was very helpful.we waited at the reception of hotel acharia for a long time.then he moved us to dar rached.
my fellow badri hammadi is at the end of his sixties.
some had big rooms,but unfortuntely i had to join 5 others in their rooms, which is really small.ASSFAR ELOMRA WAS NOT GREAT.

i am looking forward to go back to saudi arabia on 2013, but not via any moroccan travel agency.i am 37 years old and i am looking forward to go on my own.
