Respected Sir, My husband joined Emax company on 2 August 2010, he resigned from his company 4 months back but the company did not follow any document procedure, atlast 2 months back his manager signed his exit form and his due date was decided to be 17 th Nov 2011, now his manager did not relese him stating that the resource is not available.Now waiting for a month now his manager is still not releasing him. Kindly let me know the procedure to help him to get released immediately.

I had gone to ksa on umrah visa & over stayed(10 months) there. I had returned back in 2007. I want to go now with valid work visa. Can I go ? If there is a restriction (ban), then for how many years ?
