Dear Sir / Madam,
I, Mrs. Sabiha Khan wish to bring to your notice that my brother Mr. Mazharali Panjoo was offered a job through Rizvi College - campus selection at "Jazirat S'maa Fashion co. ltd. He was offered the position of "Management Trainee - IT" reporting to IT Manager.
However when he joined his work, on the very first day he was asked to repair a printer, and then was asked to do networking job. My brother went to his supervisor and told him that he has done his MBA in IT-System. All these work are not related to his qualification. Please assign / allot him work as per his education qualification. On that he was offered a change in profile and was asked to take up Operations, Marketing, and Finance etc.
My brother raised a concern that he is only interested in IT - System profile as he has done the specialization in that. If the company does not have the profile as per his qualification then please send him back to India. On this, the company is asking him to pay the penalty and go.
He had been to office for 22 days. They did not mark his attendance for all these days and he has not been given any salary for last month i.e. Jun 15. So he stopped going to office.
It’s been 45 days he is in Saudi with no Iqama as company has not provided him yet. It is very difficult for him to go out of the office quarter without Iqama.
Here I want to ask:
Why the penalty should be paid by us?
What is our fault?
Why the attendance is not marked for all 22 days?
Why was the salary not given to him?
Why is Iqama not been issued yet to him?
Company has promised one thing and now harassing the employee. All this harassment has affected my brother and my mother mentally and physically both.
My mother is a diabetic patient with high BP. I am worried if anything happens to my mom because my brother is the only son.
I have called the Country head Shehbaz Shaikh and request to relieve my brother if they don't have the job as per my bother's qualification, he just disconnected the call.

I was working in saudi arabia & came on vacation.
My visa and iqama is expire,visa profession was house driver.
Unfortunately I couldn't go back to saudi Arabia bcoz my father was ill.
My kafil said go to saudi embassy and take your documents.
In this condition, saudi embassy can grant permission to go saudi arabia again.

My exit rentry visa expire & iqama also.
