am working in a company here in saudi,i came here on 27.05.2010.. our company manager is an indian,and he come to india to select the people for his company.sir wen a person goes to him for a interview he make people agry for a small salary and make dem believe dat he will raise der salaries after 3 months.. but he refuse to do dat now. he selects a well educated person like cnc operators,a/c technicians, store keeper, and wen dey come here the employees found another job as labour.. if the employee doesn't lyk da job and he refuse to do it den company manager says pay our visa money and go.and in india he says company have medical facility and approves sick leave but now there is no medical facility. everyday any incident happens here some one lose fingre, somebody get hurt.. but company doesnt care abt da workers.. if someone stands to complaint in admin den da admin people behave wit dem lyk dogs and if he try to complaint in jawazat other old workers says no dont do dat coz all saudi r same they give bribe ane close da matter making da insult...and a employee has a finished his contract and want to go exit r vacation company play wit dat guy.. if a person want to go vacation on a certain date den company make him go late and if he want to go exit den company makes all kind of deduction... since dey r deducting a employee absentism in his salary every month a double deduction and at da tym of exit da company deduct the total absentism money again...now 35% of company employees has given exit but company behaving wit dem lyk the r beggars..in every room dey have putted 8 to 10 members even da room sopports only 6...sir plz advice me wat to do now coz dis is not the matter of only one person its the matter of 210workers... if a employee is sick and he dont have medical paper company deduct his 2 days salary from his overtime.. and though our company has approved only one medical center.. the clinic has been adviced by company dat do not give sick leave to any of our company employees.. sir plz help da workers who r working here...AL MUTLAK TRADE & COMPANY......AL MUTLAK FILTER FACTORY.... need ur help

Before(march 2008,2009,2010 oct.) worked in saudi arbia for 2year 6month after that i went on exit visa.recently2011 i had been selected for a company in saudi but consultancy is asking me about exit paper.i donot know about exit paper if you had any information regarding how to get exit paper please inform me sir i had no objection latter with me is it enough for new emplyment contract please match about how much cost is required to take exit paper from saudi jawazat.please inform me abou exit paper .my previous sponsor is not ready to give me exit paper.please suggest me another way to get it. If you can do this exit paper work. I am ready to pay for it.please help me in this matter.i am intrested to go saudi arabia.please check weather. About your queries, about your salary when you join in the job, first you have to sign the contract and later you will get your salary. but initially when you arrive you can take assistance from your Dean.

Because of Iqama quota exhausted in my company for this year, I'm still in Business visa, I want to take my wife and kid to Saudi in visit visa or either way. Could you please suggest how to bring them here !!

First time i went on a Labour visa.Now can i go in an engineer visa if i am having the B.Tech certificate? In the first time of travel also i had B.tech certificate,but the employer didnot provide Engineer visa.
