Sir with due respect i want to say that i am MOHD JUNAID pass out from Aligarh Muslim University in 2009 with degree of graduation in (economics). Now i am in Delhi for searching job in retail sector but i have done the work many where in delhi but not satisfied so i leave that job. i want to saudi arabia because of the doing hard work there

i&my wife iqama holders come for vacation to india . we had family visit visa slip for my son &grandson with visa slip to mumbai consolate.we got it stamped, but for 1 month visa ,
by the time we recieved visa no time to plan journey.so time lapsed.
we could not go to saudi as iam on vacation for 3 months.
can i apply once agian? to mumbai consolate withe same visa slip i used &i get visa stamped for my son& grandson?
Dear Sir,
I have been selected in the interview for a sales manager, and they promised me 5000/-sr my regular salary and 3500/- sr as my probation period salary, i asked them for the contract they said contract will be signed after probation period i agreed, and they process my visa and i enterd in to KSA, here the criteria is completely diffrent, my kafeel took my passport and want me to work for 1500sr only so i want to go exit but my kafeel is refusing to give me exit, i have been to labour court they are also forcing me to work and here in the office my responsibilities are look after purchasing, marketting, sales accounts and also the petty cash every thing is my responsiblity, i tried to convince my kafeel he through out my luggage and said if i wish to work i can stay in his accomdation if not he will not give me exit he will handover me to police what to do please suggest............ i will be very thankfulll

I came to Saudi Arabia on Labour Visa and i transfered to Dallah Al-Baraka as a Computer Programmer in 2004,they didn't change my profession, I have genuine Certificates. Now i got a better Opportunity then Dallah Al-Baraka refused to release me.
I informed to my new company, who's going to hire me and they arrange a visa for me as a System Analyst.
I checked about my case in India from the Agents, they are saying anybody who visited Saudi Arabia on Labour Visa they can not come back on professional visa if they go on Final Exit. is it true.
Agent told me to check with Ministry of Foreign Affair and take futher steps.
