diploma and TOR Red Ribbon required @Embassy
I am an OFW applying to work in KSA my agency told me that I would have to pay for the red ribbon authentication of my TOR and Diploma, hence this is a visa application and they asking me to pay for the fees, do I need to pay for this or the agency/employer will be paying for this?

Your kind reply thanks,
jhun

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
I am and Engineer, currently working here in Saudi Arabia. I have requested a visit visa for my wife (she is aa American/US citizen) here in MOFA, Jeddah, KSA. The request number is 3096579. MOFA informed me to download it from the internet and then fax to my wife and just present to the airport. Kinldy advise if there is a need for her pasport to be stamped by the Saudi Embassy in Manila prior to her departure and entering KSA. Thank you and appreciate your feedback...my email add.: dann_dionisio@yahoo.com.

contracts
I am an OFW who worked for Riyadh as Housemaid.
I am applying again but the Phil.Embassy in Riyadh informed us that the processing for the contract for domestic helpers was stopped because the of the problem which the Saudi Government banned the processing for the said category. How long will it take before they will resume processing of contratcs. And the saudi government will already lift the ban for the said category
