Sir I would like to ask if i can still come in saudi arabia because the stamp that in my passport is not final exit.. And the company that i been applied was check for it and they found out that my old employer didn't give me a final exit

i have the unfinished police clearance from saudi arabia brought by my niece from her sudden exit..my clearance proces up to phil embasy only..i need police clearance before my immigrant visa interview comes..how can i obtain or continue my clearance process.. i worked in riyadh 20 years ago..
is there any agency or your office can continue process my police clearance? or can i come to your office for advice?
