Respected Sir,

My name is Abida Khan,Pakistani .Passport # KH044737 Iqama # 2216122073 Pak Id #.......... since 6 years my husband continue torturing. This all stories knew by my friends and local Saudi women. Then suggested me to submit your complaint in Emarah (Governor House). As per their suggestion I had submitted letter to Eastern Province Governor house (EMARAH). Since 2 years my husband started to make my life very miserable when i submitted a letter to EMARAH in Khobar Saudi Arabia against my husband and his family as per suggestion of a lady lawyer Madam Nawal Al Bawardi who working in Human rights in Dammam because since i got married with Sabir Ali he brought me in Saudia since that time I was suffering from him and his family. They tortured and forced me to work and bring money at home. after the 6 months of my wedding, I am continue working to support him and myself, later my daughter expenses. I just requested him not to take all money at least keep something for me and my daughter. but he forced all the time to give him my all salary. Even his family given him money but he never spent single money on us. He was always warned me that you are on my visa and I am your Kafeel if you not give me money I will send you on Final Exit. I requested him to leave me and my daughter alone and i will pay half of my salary to you. but don't torture us everyday and night. Even after giving my all money to him he never had mercy on me. He was keep tortured me and made my life Miserable.

On December 05,2013 my husband sent me on final exit for 5 years with my five years old daughter why? because I complained against my cruel husband and letter submitted in Emara at Khobar. Madam Naval Al Bawardi Suggested me that if you will submit letter in EMARAH then your husband can't send you on Final Exit. So I submitted a request to Emarah. When Dammam Emarah started investigation on case then my husband and his family got angry on me. They started to create false blaming on me and my character. Since I complained in Emarah he started to beating me every night or sometime thrice in week. I informed his family in Dammam that he is continue beating me. But they don’t have any mercy on him. One night he beaten me very badly and hold my neck to kill me. I was so scared don’t found any help. So I immediately called Police emergency number ‘999’. I soon I called 999 my husband runaway to his mother house at Dammam. Then police came on emergency help and suggested me to change the lock and inform police Sabir Ali or his family comes to you. As per their suggestion I changed the lock. He and his family threatened me twice, they came to my flat but I did not open the door. When I told them that I will call the police then they escaped.
I was like house arrest, can’t go anywhere and was scared if go outside my husband and his family will snatch my 5 years little daughter. My daughter was only my strength in Saudi Arabia. I don’t want to loose her. So I don’t go outside. So many days I was stuck in house. My husband broken my mobile while he beaten me. So many days my daughter and me was survive without food and milk. I was worried my daughter’s health with milk and food she become weak. Some how I found some numbers of Bakala (Super market). I was calling him for milk and some food or mobile card. My husband warned him so after few days he stopped to pick up my call. Fortunately I had some money with me. I found the number of my friend Wafa. I called her and told all stories. She came forward to help me and brought me some food. Myself and my daughter had food after so many days which my Miss Wafa brought. Then I found some more number from my diary. So I start calling them one by one for my help. My previous boss Madam Shaikha and her husband Mr. Ali knows about my stories. I informed even Princess Noorah (Relatives of Eastern Province Governor H.E. Prince Mohammed bin Fahd). She was helping me behind the scene but she don’t want to come in front because she from Royal family. I was in contact with Madam Fatima Qahtani, Hakim Sahab (Who worked in Dammam Court), Madam Shaikha and her husband, Mr. Qamar Muneer (Who work in Al-Khobar Court), Princes Noorah, Madam Nawal Al Bawardi (Human Rights Dammam), they all were in contact with me and console me not to worried. Nothing will happened to you.
Dammam Emarah sent letter to Khobar Emarah, Khobar Emarah sent letter to Khobar Police station, Khobar police station one police man Aziz (his number …….) called me and threatened me not to file complaints against Sabir otherwise we will put you in trouble. I informed this to Emarah in Khobar, finally Khobar Police Station sent letter to Dammam Police station. Then Dammam police called Sabir to appear in Police station but he excused for saying that he is sick and can’t come to police station. Dammam police consoled me to saying that if your husband don’t come to police station. We will go to his mother house and will arrest him and his family. After all these console I was little comfortable and hope that Saudi government would do justice in my case and help me.
One night suddenly 2 male police without uniform and one lady Police came to my house and told me to open the door. I was under impression that police came for my support so I opened the door. These police arrested me and my daughter, then even not given chance to wear Abhaya (Hijab). I was in home dress. They put me in some prison at Dammam far from City. I was shocked and feel ashamed of police behavior and action. They were treating with me like criminal. I was from respected family and Educated female with master’s degree, following Shariah. For what reason they put me in Prison I was not aware. Me and my daughter effected very badly we suffered with Viral infection because they put us in prison where other females criminal and non criminal was under custody. It was so dirty place. I was worried about my daughter because 2 (two) years ago my daughter had “Bypass Surgery of Heart” and these ladies police was treating us very badly. They even don’t have mercy on my 5 years little innocent daughter. I beg them not to treat with us like this, you Muslim. One lady police said no We are not Muslim, We are Kaafir! They snatched my other mobile which my friend purchase for me. They were not allowing me to contact my family in Pakistan. They even not allowed to take my Master Degree, Certificates and other documents from home. My all goods and my personal properties which I earned in 6 years (My Gold, Jewellery, full set of furniture, my clothes, My daughter Clothes, her cycle, her Toys and other stuff etc..) they did not allowed me to take any of these goods. Under which Saudi Law they arrested and treated me & my daughter like this? They not answer.
I heard that Sabir Ali, his brother Shabbir Ali (in Canada) and his sister used influence and power from Emarah Dammam and other source to put false allegation against me. And done illegal activities under the table (Given bribes) not to take action against Sabir Ali and his family. I was surprised and shocked that why police did not investigated the case I registered in Governer House (Emarah). Under which law they sent me on Final Exit and Black listed me in Saudi Arabia? What crime I did? The crime was only that I was the victim of Domestic Violence, Harassment, mentally & physically tortured given by my husband. Since 6 years my husband was snatching my salary every month. Since I stopped given him money he started torturing more and keep beating me continuously. Under which Saudi Laws it mentioned that wife should earn money and shall be given to Husband?
I reported my stories and case to Governer House (Emarah - Dammam), Emarah-Khobar, Al-khobar police station, Dammam Police Station, Court, Human rights (Dammam), Human rights (Khobar) etc. despite of helping me, cooperating me and to be taken action against my husband they sent me on Final Exit and Blact listed for 5 years in Saudi Arabia. Surprise! Is this the law of our Islamic Country? Or some people misusing Saudi Laws and police? I expected justice from Saudi government and got punishment. Since we returned from Saudi to pakistan we both (mother and daughter) suffering from Virul infection.
I was obeying the Saudi law, following the instruction of Saudi police, Saudi Human Rights, Saudi Emarah, Saudi people but what I received injustice, unfairness, harassment, mentally & physically tortured, punishment. I want justice from Saudi government and from H.H. King Abdullah and H.E. Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz. to remove my name from black listed in system, if I need to visit for Hajj or Umrah, government shall allow me to visit Saudi Arabia.
Also requesting to handover my all degree, certificates, Pakistan National I.D, my gold, Cash, TV, parlour machine, refrigerator, furniture, sofa set, my daughter’s cycle and other toys and other goods I left at my khobar home which is under the custody of my husband Sabir Ali. Which Police did not allowed me to collect from home.
Please find the attached all the documents and receipt I submitted to Governor House (Emarah) and police station.

My family are very poor, even we don’t have our home in pakistan and I don’t want to be burden on my very old mother and father (more than 70 years old)
I still keep hope and seek justice from saudi government, police and Embassy of Pakistan.
