Most Expensive Prices... Why?
Monopoly on Hajj. Operating in consultation with each other. Price fixing. No Religious organizations with oversight. No review or control on prices charged . No accounts taken from pilgrims about the Services provided. No new providers for the last 15 years. The Muslim faithful are being taken advantage of. Why? Why? Why?

Hajj tour operator- Caribbean Hajj Ltd
Complaints about this group, CHL ,was posted on this site since 2016. In 2017 they did the same to four members of my Jama'ah.With these unscrupulous acts being committed with impunity, what can be expected in 2018? The low income Muslims are sidelined whilst the wealthy Muslims are performing Hajj multiple times due to the 'Rolls Royce' arrangements of these Hajj providers. The more expensive the more profitable it is. When is this oppression going to stop?

Hajj is not for Poor People 60,000TTD (10,000 USD)
Asked about the exorbitant fees to go to Mecca, which resulted in many poor people being left out, Baksh said: “Poor people are not supposed to go to Hajj. Hajj is obligatory only on people who could afford it. “If you buy a Cortina, you get a Cortina. You don’t expect to get a Rolls Royce for a Cortina price... it’s a matter of what you pay for.”

Chairman of the Hajj Council of Trinidad and Tobago, Zabar Baksh, address members of the media while Housing Minister Roodal Moonilal listens during the council’s press conference at the Ministry of Housing, .....
The Hajj Council is urging people to use only licensed operators for the annual sacred Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, so they will not be duped by fraudsters.

we see thereafter that Umrah 2016 pilgrims were duped by these said License Tour operators and again for Hajj 2016 there are so many question marks?????

We demand to know the Truth please do not do this to us again. Your credibility would come into question if come next month we do not leave and these comments on this international post was not dealt with

2016 Hajj Visas - Not Guaranteed for Trinidad and Tobago Nationals
As at 2016-07-26 The hajj Tour operators have not gotten any commitments for Hajj 2016. The License Tour operators must be frank with pilgrims that this time to avoid the similar situation that occurred for Umrah 2016.

Pilgrims must sign contracts confirming reimbursements if leaders do not get the required approval. Pilgrims must be given the choice to take the risk of losing their money or not. Pilgrims must be updated now on the arrangements and its status.

We do not want any more tears and front pages. Please be upfront with us.

No Hajj Visas, No Umrah Visas for Trinidad and Latin and South America
No official reason was given for the denial of visas to the Caribbean and Latin/South America. It is being said that based on the amount of nationals that are defecting to ISIS from this part of the world visas for Hajj and Umrah would not be granted for 2016.Trinidad Pilgrims booked their Umrah group to go to Turkey attracting many to join their Group. The choice was deemed as irresponsible and caused the entire region to suffer this fate.

No Umrah 2016
It is with great sadness no one was able to perform Umrah from this region of the world for the season thus far. Apart from the muslims in Trinidad who have lost thousands for packages they had bought for the easter vacation, what about those who want to go but cant plan anything because of the uncertainty. We all know for Hajj we are restricted to the 4 hajj operators, but why is it so difficult to make an Umrah Trip now. Why are the authorities making it so hard on muslims in Latin America and the Caribbean, aren't we believers just like others in the US or Uk. Its FRUSTRATING to say the least, and what's worse is that it appears our cries and tears are falling on deaf ears.

What we need now, isn't bickering, but a united front to lobby the Ministry of Hajj to lift whatever sanction or activate whatever new system they have implemented ASAP, and allow the muslims to visit the holy lands

Response to Hajj/Umrah Watchdog
We have been taking groups for a combined period of over 100 years if you add our experiences. The religious leaders were trying to overtake our market using Sara International and Manasik amongst others.

We remind you that "NO OTHER" group except the 4 license operators can take you for Hajj. Do not Risk your hard earned money with others.

For the first time we have suffered this faith and pilgrims will not loose any money after this time. We apologize for any inconvenience BUT we must move on.
