Hello, please this is really urgent.
I need to find out: A Nigerian already has a work and resident permit in the UAE, how can he apply for a work permit for Saudi Arabia?
Does he have to go back to Nigeria to apply? Or can he apply for the Saudi work permit while in the UAE?
Please what are the requirements too?

Dear Sir, I wish to drive my car from Abu Dhabi to Kuwait as I will be working from there in about 3 months time.
