They can't seem to understand or resolve anything. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS, USELESS. What a waste of money that's paying for these peoples wages. These people don't answer their phone and majority of the time there's no one at the office. What do they do? SLEEP?
If your child was born in 2001 here in Australia wouldn't he already be 10 years old and eligible for Australian Citizenship? I'm also in a similar situation. Please let me know when you find a resolution to this. I will also update you with any information I find.

Hi there, I have just found out that my grandmother has died in Apia but my passport is only valid until mid November. I will need to leave in the next three days, is it possible to get permission to travel on my current passport? Thanks, Nathalie
I am a NZ citizen, have a son here in 2001, trying everything to get some travel documents to take him to Samoa for a visit, he is not eligible for a NZ citizen, not eligible for Australian citizen until he is ten, they told me to try a Samoan passport for his travel, I couldn't pass my citizenship to him, as I am a NZ citizen by decent myself.
please help me with some information that I can do just to get some travel docs for him, while waiting for ten years
my husband travelled to australia on a ETA and now hes on a bridging visa awaiting his visa application decision. The thing is im renewing his US passport but his ETA expired, will i be able to travel back to samoa???

Easiest way is to send your husband to Samoa and do it directly from there.
Way easier.
My family found that process much easier than doing their papers while currently in NZ/Aus.
