On a number occasion, some independent researcher have studied How effective visa services of some of the countries, during the period 2008-2010. Rwanda Visa Services and helping to Rwandan Origin people was one of them.
It was found that Rwanda used to give VISA on the very same day, sometime within one or two hours, on emergent cases or the cases where urgency were required.
I found that one Administrator named Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma was very helpful in guiding the visitors / business men / Corporate houses. Even in some cases, he guided about Investment Climate, Education System, Tourism inflow in Rwanda. We have been told by Mr. Sharma that in Rwanda, people can Register their Company within 2 hours, without any doubt.
Mr. Sharma used to help Rwandan Students in getting their admission done in best of Indian Universities and used to follow their cases for Residential permits, Visa Permits and other statutory requirement. He was so popular in between in Rwandan Nationals that they used to invite him to their events and parties.
In a nut shell, Rwandan Embassies / High Commissions are very very cooperative and helpful in every nature and never heard any problem over visa, subject to documentation.
We recommend if somebody find some problem get the help of embassy staff or contact Mr. Sharma, as per reports he is no longer working with the embassy, but guided / guiding many people. His Cell # may be 00-91-9899-57-3797.

My Name is Faisal Aftab, From last 9 years i am working/staying in rwanda, now i am in india for my vication and my work permit/visa has expired on dated 28th Febuarary 2012,My work visa no is 00088774. my return air ticket is for 27th march 2012, Therefore kindly send me the single entree visa form to fill and inform about the 60$ draft which i have to make, on whose name/ by which bank etc i have to make.Once i will reach Rwanda then i will apply for my work permit/visa

I arrive in India in three months ago. I saw the number of Rwandese live in this country, but i think I'm not included. Is it possible to send my adress to Embass? I did not find a form for full filling on your web. THANKS
