Hi,

I and my boyfriend (both norwegian cıtızens) are planning to vısıt Rwanda as a part of a larger east Afrıca trıp, but we haven`t yet applıed for vısas. We are spendıng about a moth ın Ethıopıa before approachıng Rwanda throug Kenya and Uganda, and are expectıng to come to Rwanda early march. Is ıt possıble for us to get the vısas fıxed whıle we are ın Addıs Abeba? We are here now until tuesday, and are comming back in about three weeks.
