Ce documente sunt necesare, si cui trebuiesc trimise, pentru a dovedi cetatenia romana? Cum se reinnoieste un pasaport romanesc expirat fara a calatori in Romania?
I would like to know the process and the required papers to renew an expired passport. Please let me know about the process of where to send the documents and what exactly I need to send. Also the amount needed to be payed and to whom. Thank you

Am nevoie de ajutor. Mi-a murit mama inainte de Craciun si sora mea, care a ramas in Romania, are nevoie de acte ca sa poata vinde apartamentul. Notarul din Romania are nevoie sa ii trimit urmatoarele acte:
1. Declaratie de renuntare la partea ce ti se cuvine in urma decesului mamei
2. Procura de vanzare pt partea ce ti se cuvine in urma succesiunii la decesul tatei

Am nevoie de o copiie dupa certificatul de cetatenie sa pot dovedi cind si de ce mi-am schimbat numele. Am divortat inainte de a lua cetatenia si am trecut inapoi la nimele de fata dupa doi ani la luarea cetateniei. Divortul nu a fost declarat in Romania iar fostul sot a decedat acum 9 ani. Care e prioritatea de a clarifica situatia ? In acvest caz ce statut am - divortata sau vaduva ( in Romania )
