Comments on this Embassy
Hi, I am working here in Qatar and have recently undergo the employment process. For document attestation, you just need a red ribbon from DFA and attestation from Qatar Embassy is not required. Once your documents with red ribbon arrives here in Qatar, it needs to be presented to Philippine Embassy and then to DFA here in Qatar. This is based on my personal experience.
Diploma, Certificate, TOR ETC.
MUST be RED Ribbon
