what r the requirement for the stamping of re entry visa?
For authentication of documents it is required that it should be red ribbon. Rate varies per document / per transaction. rate between P350 - P500/document
It is ok if your nephew represent for you just make sure he as all pertinent document needed.
Go to your agency and talk to them and make sure you understand everything what is happening with your application. If they said you have a visa notice then you must see it for yourself. Ask them what will be the procedure they will be doing and all pertinent question you have in mind for you be be enlighten on your application.

I would like to ask if the rumor scattering about the procedure of Diploma/TOR stamping in Qatar Embassy is true.
This is in regards with the way of sending documents through DHL and has change to personally required appearance of the one who are applying for.
I am currently working in here in Qatar and my documents are in an agency. They said they cannot process my documents because it requires personal appearance. Is there any other way, or if the rumor is true. I personally bring my documents from my last vacation on May this year to the agency, for I am applying a professional visa here in Qatar so that I can bring my family and to work and live with me here.
