Qatar open all types of visa for Bangladeshi?If somebody want to go Qatar how he get a job visas?

Dear Sir,
I had applied a post to seeing an advertisement on our local online job site. Then they have selected to me and it was informed me by mail. They wrote me you are selected. Go to Qatar Embassy to attach my Academic Certificate. Other hand they given me time only 3 days for documentation. Is it the actual process?
Can you help me to advise me? What will be the recruitment process? .So that how cost money?
