Please update your phone
Most of us just need to renew passport just a little info on what we need to bring with us and amount of fees. Hours of operation on the phone would be great and holidays

We have lives
These guys never ever answer the phone. If you leave a message that's up to you, just don't expect a reply. This is exactly the mentality of the public servant in Portugal, here too, rude, ineficient and over paid. Is it much to ask that we can get bit of information before we show up looking for something?

Copy Of Birth Certificate
Is there a way to get a copy of my Portuguese birth certificate online, instead of taking a day off work to visit the consulate office?

undoing a canadian marriage in portugal
after being divorced for 8 yrs i was informed that if i was to inherit anything in portugal that my ex wife has legal rights to half. the only recourse is 5000 dollars about 2 years and portuguese lawyers etc sounds very ridiculous that portugal doesnot recognize my full legal divorce of canada where we were originally married because the canadian marriage was registered in portugal . seems easy to do a nightmare to undo

Viva Portugal!
I visited Portugal 4 years ago and really enjoyed the hospitality I received there in the Algarve Region. I would appreciate information on relocation possibilities for myself and my wife. I am a retired Canadian/British citizen and my wife is a citizen of the Philippines

My Experience was good
I am confused as to why there are many people with so many awful things to say about the staff at the Portuguese consulate in downtown Toronto. I had my cartao de cidadao done there this month and did not experience any problem and the staff were friendly, pleasant and chatty with me. I mean, besides the waiting part which is normal, it was an overall good experience there.
Happy New Year!
