Comments on this Consulate-General
I have been trying to reach the embassy in Florida for months to no avail. No one answers the phone or reply to emails. I needed to renew my citizenship card, so I had to go to Portugal to do it. The Portuguese embassy right now is just plain simply useless! I just hope the Portuguese government is aware of what’s going on here.
I have been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks and no one answers the phone or return an email. How can I schedule an appointment for my self and my brother??? The website sucks.
I have attempted everything I can by emailing and requesting and repeatedly calling the number over and over and actually leaving a message with a phone number to respond. I am living in Portugal and have been able to obtain residency but the process to convert my drivers license seems to be far more of a challenge. You say I need a certificate but make it impossible to get one and it can only come from this office. Please Help and respond.
its so so sad to be Portuguese and not have a consulate that will work for you!!
No one answers the phone, can not make an appointment!! How do they help people!!
its a disgrace to say we have a consulate in New York1 WE DO NOT!!!!
is it required to register my cartao de cidadao at the consulate. is it necessary to make an appointment.what is necessary to bring
Trying to contact you but the phone is out of service!! Wow... I don't even know what to say to that. I have to travel in February. Please help.
