Portugal Student Visa I need to apply for a student visa to study in Portugal. I have been in touch with the French Embassy in Kampala and they said that they can only issue visa for short visits not student visas. They have advised that I get in touch with the Embassy of Portugal in Nairobi. May I therefore inquire about the procedures requirements to obtain this kind of a visa? how long does the process take?
