I'm from Macau and hold a Portuguese passport ever since I was born.
My ancestors are not Portuguese, we are truly from Macao.
We have never paid tax to Portugal.
I want to know if I am going to study in the UK,
can I pay the EU student domestic tuition using my portuguese identity?

My portugesse passport expired I have gone to the embassy in Toronto and send out for a rush in how manny days will I get it
My husband is holding Portuguese Passport, we want to apply Portuguese Passport for my daughter of 9 years old. She is borned and living in Hong Kong and is holding Macau ID card. We are living in Hong Kong.

(1)Can my daughter eligible to apply ?

(3)Do we have to go to Portugal Consulate in Macau for application ? Can we apply in Portugal Consulate in Hong Kong?
