I would like to renew my passport which will expire in Aug 2016. I just want to know if I can do it in Hong Kong. If possible, can I have their office hour for passport renew?

I need to register my marriages in USA and require a copy of my wife China birth certificate to be legalize by the Consulate with jurisdiction.
My question is my wife was born in Guangdong, China, is the jurisdiction consulate is Macau, Shanghai or Beijing?
