Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Hong Kong resident. I just get married with my husband (portuguese) in the United States. Now, I am working in the US. I will go back HK at april. I want to apply portugal residency visa in macau. I have some questions about visa application.
1. I have marriage certificate issued by United State. Can I use it for my application in HK or I have to transfer my marriage certificate from US to macau?
2. What documents shall I take for applying portugal residency visa?
3. How long will it take for my visa application?
4. I know Portuguese embassy in US require the applicant to submit FBI criminal background, is it same in HK? If yes, how can I get that document of FBI criminal background.
5. Can I make appointment online for visa application
Please reply my concern about requirements for applying residency visas to portugal. Thank you so much
