I am from Portugal and i would like to finish my last year of high school in Macau. I am already 18 and i want to know if it is possible to stay legally for the school year. Can i apply for school then go to the immigration department and ask for non residence permit to stay during my school year?

I am trying to get visa details for my helper; when I send emails I get no reply, when I send fax it is rejected, when I call I get no reply. Can anyone please advise
