i have been reading ur comments here, one thing i want to clarify that no one can get you appointment coz there are not appointments. That is why, dont waste ur time listening some daft. consular section is close even u can go on portuguese embassy website and see urself on that web site, use ur common sense if consular section is closed how can there be appointments and who will be handling applications.
Coz of these silly things and corruption they had closed consular section before. if somebody is saying he can get you appointment he is telling wrong information.
you guys can also see that portuguese embassy web site is under construction they are updating things before they start working properly.
have to wait untill there is an update on the website
