Hi, I would be very grateful if someone could please help me with the below query.
An agent booked a CC appointment for a lady without providing proper information about this citizen card to her. Now it seems this lady doesn’t want to take the CC right now due to some reasons. The agent has also not cancelled the appointment or maybe it is not possible to cancel it, I’m not sure.
My question is, if this person decides to miss the bi / cc appointment (appointment was given after almost a year), would it cause any other further problems? The agent has told her that if she misses the appointment that it would hinder her chances of getting an appointment if she decide to re-book one in the future. Is this true?
