Real Goan, forget a out basic details, they trouble people even if slight deviation inspite of Citizenship granted from Lisbon.

Caje, I did not literally mean scam but same old story of long long waiting period.

The renewals are taking less time I heard then why new APPOINTMENTS have to wait for an year.

Wish we could complain to some higher authorities about this disgusting working style.

Actually there is a scam going on in embassy! People with fake document's are given first priority there is a whole racket going on mostly BJP minister's are involved they even issue genuine Indian passports with fake document's and claim to be Goan descendants..
or else you only wonder why after BJP came into power these delays are getting ridiculously longer.. other country Portuguese embassy have no waiting like these.. as all work is done from Lisbon itself here they only take basic details and forward it...

No..scam...no...guess it will be somewhat like the passport office appointment system...the calender here will show only when the consulate is ready to take BI appointments...

There is no ray of light for reduction in CC waiting period.

Pathetic, wud the staff wait for their salary full year???
