Hello...
I am Ma. Elena Ramos from Bacolod City Philippines,I want visit my husband to be and family in the country of Portugal, but the sad thing is we don't have the Embassy of Portugal here in the Philippines anymore and it's very hard to process some papers needed since of the closure. For poor people like us who can't afford to travel to Jakarta, Indonesia are having a hard time to do all the documents needed since we only have the Consular office of Portugal in Cebu. I hope that the Embassy of Portugal will get back in the Philippines as soon as possible or at least the Consular Office of Portugal in Cebu could help us so that we may not need to go to Jakarta, Indonesia anymore. I am really hoping for your kind consideration and the soonest response to my request... I hope it would be in the early next year 2014...

Applications are handled in Jakarta, Indonesia because here's no Portugal embassy in Manila. Give adequate lead time.
For requirements and instructions, just google "visa requirements for entry to Portugal from the Philippines" and "visa requirments for schengen"
