Hello,i have a portguese fiance and i just want to ask if what are the requirements to get a legal capacity to contract marriage in portugal conssulate in manila since there is no portugal embassy in philippines..

We dont have Embassy of Portugal anymore here in the Philippines however, it is being represented by Embassy of Greece, in Makati. The sad thing is they only process short term related visas....
For long term visa..you guys need to coordinate with the embassy of Portugal in Indonesia, Jakarta
