Also helpful information for everyone. Ask an agent to share screenshot of first page, validate barcode to number conversion, fonts and layout of form.screenshot of mail received from consulate.You can also send mail ( from your personal id ) to consulate with name, application number, and registered email info, and ask them to resent forms. if they don't have data, they will reply saying not real. make sure when you send mail to consulate put subject as "visa application form printout"

I have a humble request that, so many people (applicants) are cheated, though i worked hard to aware people. But its like worthless to my attempts. Many cons from ukraine, india and bangladesh and even in Nepal also fooling people being fool or to fool/cheat. So, sir i am attaching random sample, people from various cons doing.
At the beginning ,many people from bangladesh and india used to cheat people by editing others appointment to work appointment. And nowadays, your registered official sites (ekonsulat@zch.msz.gov.pl) is copied and registered or unregistered from different countries. They are making appointments dates and their are several ways to point their fault. But the last options is to email embassy or call. If both ways given by embassy wont work then, plz gives us a strong way to identify and alert news from your sites that no one can cheat any applicants.
Being attached with your embassy, its your responsibility to check surrounding that ruining your embassy sites and country. Their are various people who are fed up with your system.
I know you are also in pressure. Their are various ways to punctuate this system. Please work hard to make people outside your embassy loved to remarks you with ***** five star embassy.
Their is no comments on your appointment releasing ways. But do embassy know that how people being fooled by IT experts. Rest leave it, your embassy eKonsulat ekonsulat@zch.msz.gov.pl is in market in 2-3 version, cant you stop them. Several ways to verify appointment is genuine or Not.

Good evening,How are you today?I am not fine.My name is Sumon Barua.last 2 months later I will try appointment date purpose but no appointment in your Poland embussy.These purpose I will soo much tension now because these month I am not submitted in my Workpermit document & my other document Poland embussy & my Workpermit paper next month expired date gone.please sir urgently help me appointment date.
