I just saw your note, and I am not sure if my answer is too late.
It is definitely not enough time for your wedding. Your BF needs to contact his local Civil Office and obtain relevant documents. They have to be translated into English by a certified translator.

Hi im karencurrently working in taiwan and my bf (polish national) working in germany wants to married in the philippines soon . Can we take process True embassy and we just going to philippines just to have personal appearance for a wedding because our vacation is limited because of our work. Is it possible to have wedding in just 1 week if we are completed our documents?
P.s What are the requirements needed for both of us?
