please help my nephew Billy Joel Matue
Sir,

Kindly help my nephew and his co workers, the company is not helping them anymore and they are on their own. They were not given salary and they don't have money. The local Libyans are stealing their foods and they are in danger. This is his contact number 00218918052468. Please do something to rescue them and include him in repatriation plan of the embassy. We already called ABS-CBN to help us on this also.

This is our contact number of his wife, Irene Matue: 09184801996
thank you very much for your immediate action.

Brega Great Man Made River Project Filipino Workers
My father told me that it is much easier for them to go to Malta if ever evacuation happens. They are near a pier. They do not have a passport since their head office is in Tripoli. Their company is Al-Nahr and they are working in the Great Man Made River Project.
My father's name is Maximo H. Blanco
My cousin's name is Beniraldo de Mesa.
They are 133 Filipino in total in the Brega Plant.
