I am trying to renew my daughter passport , I have all the document they need but of course all of them are copies specially the birth certificate . The lady told me they can’t renew it because they need original copy of birth certificate which is everything is submitted to Canadian embassy and Philippine embassy . She told me to get it again to NSO in Philippines which I need to pay $ 40 plus the cost of express shipping . I am thinking maybe they have commission from NSO . Such a pain in my nerve

Lady staff said: "Kung walang appointment bawal sumingit sige na labas!" ..We weren't even trying to squeeze in, we were just inquiring duh...Can you people be atleast sound professional. Ang ganuong klase ng empleyado sa gobyerno ng Pilipinas ay isa lamang halimbawa ng kawalan ng work ethics. Mababa ba sahod mo teh? Bakit ansungit mo?
I was in the Phil Consulate General to renew my Passport. While waiting for my turn, all of a sudden Me and all the people inside were so shocked when we heard a loud voice of a man in the cashier, yelling and saying "EH WALA NA NGANG SUKLI ANO PA BA HINIHINGI MO?! PAULIT ULIT KO NA SINASABI WALA NA NGA ANO PA KAILANGAN MO"?! To think he was talking to an old woman! We heard everything because he was on the microphone and still yelling on the top of his voice! Ang yabang! BASTOS! Hindi ba nya naiisip na ang sinisigawa nya eh ang dahilan kung baket may trabaho sya ngayon?! Im just wondering baket lahat ng tao dito eh pare-pareho sinasabi about your staff? So disrespectful and rude!!!
I encourage the public to document their experience at any Philippine consulate especially if you go there personally: get the name of the employee, when it happened, the purpose of your visit, and the service you got. I promote respect and integrity on all parties concern. It has to be reciprocal. Furthermore, let us lead by example by acting professionally .
about four years ago, I went there to know about power of attorney. this ignorant old man was very unfriendly not even saying can I help you kinuha yong papel ipinasa sa iba at saka nakasimangot most employees don't deserve to work there no manners shame on you you are paid by taxpayers money
Hopefully someone will answer their office number or return call when you leave them a voicemail message. I've been trying to contact them almost everyday. I'm wondering if the Philippine consulate Toronto is still open.
