My request as of 22 November 1917 which is very simple has not been answered yet. If at the moment you don,t have officer that notarize documents, do you have Justice of the Peace that administer oath like for example statutory declaration? If there is any, please contact me on tel. no. 9625 9255 or mobile no. 0468 558 652. How long shall I wait regarding this matter. Anticipating your kind consideration in this regard. Thank you.

Staying for 6 months
Hi, my sister who was a balikbayan but holding an Australian passport was going back to
Manila today with a one way ticket which she had done it for several years and stayed 6 months every year. But today they would not let her checked in without a return ticket so we were forced to buy the return ticket. At the Qantas ticket sales, she was told she could only stay in Manila for 30 days and if she plans to stay 6 months she needs a permission from the Philippine government. So in the end we bought the 30 days ticket but my sister would still prefer to stay 6 months. I will appreciate if you could give us a clarification on this new rulings. How and where do we get the document stating she will be allowed to stay for 6 months? Please help us on this matter. Qantas said the only way she could change her bookings to 6 months is to show an approval from the Philippine government on paper. Thanks and hope to hear from you.

Passport Renewal
We are planning to have our holidays this coming December 2015 and my wife who's still has a provisional resident visa would like to renew her passport which will expires on April 2016. Now since she needs to have a personal appearance and we are in Melbourne, can you kindly inform us as to where exactly we can lodge to process her passport renewal, will it be in Canberra or Sydney Offices. Thank you in advance and hoping for your immediate response on the matter.
