I have an Indian boyfriend and we want to live permanently in India. I am a Filipina and married but separated already with my husband. The separation was only verbal agreement which means not legally separated. Because annulment of marriage in Phils. is expensive and a long process.
My question is can I live with him in India even without marriage since I cannot marry him for I am not legally separated?
Pls. advise and enlighten me on this matter.

Dear sir, Why no 30 days free visa for indians even u give visa for free atlest 30 days to rest of countries.....they can stay in phi. Without apply visa, why n0t us
