• Since November 2008, no visas are granted for household workers from outside Europe. Work visas are only granted for highly-skilled positions, most of which require university degrees.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK requires you to pay them any money. All fees would be paid by the employer.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a free email address from Yahoo, Gmail, or similar services.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a telephone number that begins with +4470 (070). These are non-geographic numbers available to anyone in the world.

• No legitimate business requests payment via Western Union.

OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

We refer to your application for employment with the company and after thorough background and reference checks of your resume, we are pleased to offer you the position of a SALES REP. at crystal Star Hotels & Resort on the terms and conditions set out in this letter.

1. Position

1.1 You are expected to start within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt/acknowledgment of this letter.
1.2 Your employment will be full time for a period of two (2) years.
1.3 You are required to perform the duties of the position appointed to you and any other duties the employer may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience.
1.4 You will be required to perform your duties at London, UK or elsewhere in UK as reasonably directed by the employer.

2. Probation
2.1 The initial two (2) years contract/employment to the above positions is the probation period. During this time we will assess your progress and performance in the position. At the end of the two (2) years probation/contract period, the company can renew your contract to a permanent position or another two (2) years contract upon your satisfactory performance during the period.




2.2 During the probation period, you or the employer may end your employment by providing notice in accordance with the clause in 7.1 below.

3. Ordinary hours of work
3.1 Your ordinary hours of work will be 45 hours per week, plus any other reasonable additional hours that are necessary to fulfill your duties or as otherwise required by the employer, in which an overtime payment will be made accordingly.

4. Remuneration
4.1 You will be paid £3,000.00 (three thousand pounds sterling) monthly after federal income tax deductions.
4.2 Other benefit includes free medical care for you and your family, three bedroom flat accommodations with efficient security, an official car with an experienced driver and a life assurance policy.
4.3 Your remuneration will be reviewed annually and may be increased at the employer’s discretion.

5. Leave
5.1 You are entitled to a one (1) month annual leave with an allowance of £1,500.00 (one thousand, five hundred pounds sterling) and normal monthly salary. Vacations are to be taken at period that is mutually convenient for you and the company.

6. Your obligations to the employer
6.1 You will be required to:
(a) perform all duties to the best of your ability at all times.
(b) use your best endeavors to promote and protect the interests of the employer, and
(c) follow all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by the employer, including complying with policies and procedures as amended from time to time.

7. Termination of employment
7.1 The employee may terminate the employment contract with or without reason at anytime by giving one month notice in writing or one moth basic salary in lieu notice.



7.2 The employer may terminate the employment contact of the employee fails or refuses to perform his duty resulting in Company’s business loss after verbal and written warnings.

8. Confidentiality
8.1 By accepting this letter of offer, you acknowledge and agree that you will not, during the course of your employment or thereafter, except with the consent of the employer, as required by law or in the performance of your duties, use or disclose confidential information relating to the business of the employer, including but not limited to client lists, trade secrets, client details and pricing structures.

9. Entire agreement
9.1 The terms and conditions referred to in this letter constitute all of the terms and condition of your employment and replace any prior understanding or agreement between you and employer.
9.2 The terms and conditions referred to in this letter may only be varied by a written agreement signed by both you and the employer.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Due to the high rise of contract break-ups after the employer must have provided the new employee with the necessary travel documents, the management of Crystal Star Hotels & Resort now made it compulsory for every new foreign employee to first obtain an Employment Insurance Certificate (EIC) before the company will then make available the UK work Visa, resident/work permit, flight ticket and other necessary travel documents. The cost of obtaining the Employment Insurance Certificate (EIC) shall be refunded back to the employee once he/she arrives to duty in UK. I was emailed by Mr. Miguel Glen an employer to work for him as a nanny.1500 pounds monthly with 400 pocket money.he will shoulder the ticket fare and I will pay for the visa processing worth 500 in premier_travel agency for faster processing.I doubted him and did not continue replying him.then today only I received an email from my friend that she received email by same person.what a coincidence.pls let me know if we can trust this person thank you.

Its a real scam.. My God, this is fraud pips
I received same mail from a very strange person. Whoever he/she is, needs rehabilitation. A certain mr. davis lucas, really got my attention. How can you not? He is offering 4000 pounds a month salary and 500 pounds as pocket money. Its a catch, right? Whoever you are better hide your ass man! We gonna hunt you down...
