I got the same email, just like MARY JANE ONG CAÑON, from Mr. Adolph Wilson with the salary 950 GBP monthly.
I got such email on 08.10.2011, I got the JO, I got the visa application form too, I've visited a website of the abbey solicitors.co.cc, its different from abbey solicitors.co.uk, the legal one. I dont know it this a scam or not, but I think it is.

We would like to remind you that we received a positive feedback from the employer regarding your application. We are in contact with a company that wants to receive your application papers. They have an opening at present. We have instructed you of the requirements that you need to secure in order to pursue this job opening further.
There is also a deadline related to that - within which you have to prepare and file the documents for the job.

step 7./ as soon as your job agents receive the documents they will review them
step 8/ as soon as they review them and approve our work we will send the documents to you
step9/ the ready –made documents have to be sent to the address of the employer

If they ask you money in return for their services, or anything like that, drop it...LEAVE IT!!! It is a scam... It is very impossible to obtain work permit/visa in the UK or European Union countries nowadays!!! And PLEASE do not get carried away by the monetary figures... BE DISCREET ENOUGH...AND BE EXTRA-CAREFUL!!!
